Knorr’s Spinach & Artichoke Chicken with Creamy Pasta

Knorr’s Spinach & Artichoke Chicken with Creamy Pasta

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Giant Eagle. All opinions are 100% mine.

At the beginning of the week, I like to plan our weekly dinners and grocery shop accordingly. Do you do the same?

However, recently I’ve run into a bit of a cooking slump – I tend to have the same staple meals week after week. It’s great to stick with what you know and love, but once in a while it’s nice to try something new (it makes cooking a little more fun!).

That’s why I was super excited to try Knorr Sides and turn it into a main dish. It seemed simple enough and right in line with the foods we enjoy.

Knorr has created a ton of recipes that turn their side into main dishes. I couldn’t to the the Spinach & Artichoke Chicken with Creamy Pasta.

I was on a mission!

I found Knorr Sides at Giant Eagle in the boxed dinner aisle along with the canned fruits and vegetables. Lucky for me I could buy $10 in Knorr® Sides at 10/$10 and save $3 off Frozen Cooked or Uncooked Shrimp from the Seafood Department on my next shopping order! (offer only good from 2/25-3/5 at Giant Eagle). Don’t you just love a good deal?

With ingredients in hand, I went home to prepare dinner for the family.

The recipe was easy to follow and turned out great. Looks like I can add another staple meal into the weekly rotation and am looking forward to trying other Knorr dishes. You can check them out in their free recipe book.

This looks like it could be one of my new favorite meals. Lets hope my husband feels the same, so we can add it to the regular dinner rotation! :) Thanks for the recipe! Can’t wait to try it.
